Hope everyone had a great weekend. Sandy and i had a good run Sat morning from Lex bike path running north. Great morning for a run. Next run will be Wed at 5:45 - lets again meet in Lex behind the restrooms and make a northernly run again. Have a great week. Come on out and join us for a walk, walk/run or just a run.
